| The strong Quins side will see a number of familiar faces, including England 7s stars, David Strettle, Ugo Monye and Tom Guest, along with new signings Gonzalo Tiesi, Waisea Luveniyali and Epi Taione, who will make their debut in the Harlequins shirt.
Quins will be looking to reclaim the title from back in 1990, when they were winners five years in a row (from1986-1990). Eight previous wins, including claiming victory in the first ever final in 1927 against St Mary's Hospital, bring Quins to a record total of 13 wins.
Quins will kick of their campaign at 11.20am against Leeds Carnegie.
